Pre-Nuptial Agreements

Pre-Nuptial Agreements are entered into before a marriage or a civil-partnership and set out the way in which the parties will hold the assets when they are joined in marriage or civil-partnership. We can advise you on the areas of consideration to be incorporated into an agreement. These agreements show the couple's intentions prior to marriage/civil-partnership. Therefore, in the event of a dispute, the agreement can be produced before a court to show what the clients intended.
