Mediation

All Family Clients intending to issue certain family proceedings will be required to attend a meeting to learn about Mediation. We can offer the full range of Mediation services from the Initial Assessment Meeting through to the sessions and documentation required.

Our fees in relation to this are as follows:

Separate Information Meetings: £100 plus vat
Joint Information Meetings: £156 plus  vat
Mediation Sessions: £95 plus vat each (£190 per couple + vat)
Any Summaries/Agreements are also chargeable at: £95 plus vat each
